This year’s special gives a nod to how special our farm is, an important part of who we are is the care and consideration we have for the land.  We are proud to be part of Audubon’s Bird Friendly Maple program and Cold Hollow to Canada land conservation.  The fox represents our dedication to maintaining wildlife corridors and the yellow bellied sapsucker is on the birder dozen watchlist which gives indications of how healthy our northern woods are.

We are offering coffee from Birds and Beans – they are working to protect the southern winter habitats for migratory songbirds while we protect the northern breeding habitats.  These connections make us stronger.

At Birds & Beans Coffee, we believe in coffee that goes beyond taste — coffee that gives back. Founded in 2008 by Bill Wilson, a passionate conservationist and bird lover, our family-owned business began with a mission: to bring harmony to coffee consumption by supporting ecosystems that sustain our beloved bird populations. Today, with Bill’s daughter Chessy joining the team, Birds & Beans has grown into a leading voice for sustainable coffee practices.

Uphill Pottery is a one-woman ceramics studio in rural Vermont, focusing on handmade, functional wares that are meant to be used every day. As humans we connect with ritual acts like the sharing of food or drink, and the everyday vessels we use can also be works of art that greet you each day.
