Out Of Stock for 2024 – unfortunately we didn’t make any Delicate (Fancy) syrup this year. This is just one of the variables that we have no control over – we have syrup that definitely taste more like a Delicate which I have kept aside to use for making maple candy and maple cream. The flavor on the Rich and Robust is excellent – I am a VERY dedicated taste tester!
Golden Color With A Delicate Taste is sometimes referred to as “Fancy, Grade “A” Fancy or Grade “A” Light Amber”. The lightest of all maple syrup grades, it is very light or gold in color with a very delicate bouquet of maple. In many circles it is considered the very best of all maple syrup grades due to it’s mild, yet flavorful maple taste. It is the perfect addition to breakfast favorites and other dishes where the subtle flavor of maple is desired.
